Scandinavians are SO all over brunch, you know. We hit this place called Olsen the other day. Front fence hiding a verdant garden yard w/ fountains and trees and vines. Inside outside restaurant ... really really cool. Everything we had was amazing. Was too embarassed to photograph our plates (how dorky can we get?) But seriously ... we're so taking notes on some of these restaurants. We've seen some amazing ones. And BTW, there's a place in Portland, can't remember the name, but it's on Clinton and SE 28th across from Dot's that's a Scandinavian brunch kinda spot and it's wicked as well.
