Saw Bill Maher's "Religulous" tonight at the theatre and freaking absolutely LOVED it. Damn. I have me a major man-crush on Bill Maher. Dude is the biggest stud on the planet far as I'm concerned. The film was excellent ... the new HBO show is really great ... he nails stuff so squarely it hurts. And the guests he has on are awesome. He gets major profile guests (like Ralph Nader and Benjamin Netanyahu! ... meets Chris Rock and smart bloggers and so on) Dude is just so smart. And funny as hell. But he's also got a lot to say ... he's a rare combination of a really good comedian and a scalpel sharp wit who does his homework ... doesn't pull any punches. His critiques of religion are so excellent (if it wasn't so scary). Definitely in the lineage of Carlin or Dennis Miller. I totally have a man-crush. Go see the new movie, seriously.
